I’ve been coming to Campbell Family Dentistry for several years. I’ve had three children go through orthodontics and Invisalign with Dr. Ardila and I love their smiles. We love the staff. Dr. Ardila is very thorough and the staff is so caring.
I love the receptionist. She was amazing. Can't find better than her. She even helped us with different financial plans and they could accommodate a specific treatment option for our pocket.
The best dental office in dfw. I’ve been going to them for almost 10 years . Don’t have one bad thing to say about them . Always love coming to see them. Helped me get my 1 million smile .
I went today as an emergency. Everybody in the office was really nice. Tania. The assistant took the time with me and spoke Spanish to me and Sherry took the time to look at my insurance and Dr. was very nice thank you Campbell family dentistry for helping me out.

The doctor and nurses are extremely caring and friendly. I had a molar teeth removal, which went extremely well, Dr Ardila was very precise and careful. I didn't need a single pain killer after my surgery. Also shout-out to sherry, the receptionist, who's very kind and helpful. Recommend this place 10/10.
I have been coming to Dr. Adila for over 2 years now. When I first came in I had not seen a dentist in over 3 years. I was experiencing tooth aches, migraines, and early onset periodontitis. I was was going to get married soon and I knew I was going to have kids. Dr. Adila came to me with zero judgement and wanted to make sure I could confidently smile for years to come with healthy teeth and gums. Now I have healthy gums, my teeth feel and look great, and I no longer suffer from sensitivity, migraines, or bleeding in my gums. I am married and have an 8 month old baby now! I smile now more than I ever have before and I’m no longer self conscious about it.

I had a very painful tooth that needed a root canal! I was very nervous about procedure. Thanks to the wonderful care, patience and understanding of Dr. Ardilia and staff, I was able to handle the procedure without any issues. I’ve been going to Dr Ardilia for over 10 years and there isn’t anyone else I would trust my teeth too! She takes the time to explain things and educate you on the importance of oral hygiene. This is the best dental practice I’ve encountered, I was first greeted by Sherri she went above and beyond finding a slot for me according to my schedule. The check in process was super fast and smooth. :) Tanya is very welcoming, she made sure all my questions were answered properly. Dr. Gowda is an amazing dentist she is honest and truly cares for her patients.
Very poorly organized and not focused on providing a quality service or considerate of their client's time. Today was my fourth and last appointment. After waiting for 10 minutes the receptionist said they were running behind. My appointment was at 8:40 in the morning so how they could be running behind already is beyond me. I am a busy professional and absolutely hate when healthcare providers are inconsiderate of my time.
The receptionist asked when could I come back when I had more time and I just walked out. All four times I have been there delays of one sort or another ensued. It is too bad. Nice people who seem competent enough but they just dont understand that they are providing a service and need to earn their customers business.

I visited a couple of days ago and had the strangest thing happen. I LOVED THE OFFICE VISIT AT THE DENTIST!!!! It’s unheard of, I’m shocked. I have always been terrified of the dentist and she made me feel safe, at ease and comfortable. The staff is terrific. I’m going back in a couple of days to have some work done and I’m ready. Not dreading it like usual. Thank you for making me laugh and being able to find out what was wrong when others have not found the issue for well over a year. Absolutely wonderful.
